The NAVĀRNAVA Journal of Contemporary Law, Family & Interdisciplinary Research publishes original, peer-reviewed scholarship on pressing questions of contemporary law, on family and personal relationships, and on the interdisciplinary study of law across the social sciences and humanities. It welcomes doctrinal, empirical, and comparative work that speaks to today’s legal and social challenges.
The journal aims to advance scholarly understanding, inform practice, policy, and reform, and provide a credible, peer-reviewed venue for original research in its field. It welcomes doctrinal, empirical, comparative, and interdisciplinary work from scholars, practitioners, and research students alike.
Contributions are invited across the following areas, among others:
